Welcome to PunkStock. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, digital assets, and services. By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any file, you explicitly agree to be bound by these rules. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

2. The License (What You CAN Do)

PunkStock is built for creators. When you download an image, vector, or video from our platform, you are granted a broad, worldwide, non-exclusive, and perpetual license to use that asset. Specifically:

• Commercial & Personal Use: You may use our assets for any personal or commercial project.
• Merchandise & Print-on-Demand: You are fully authorized to use our assets to create and sell physical merchandise, including apparel on platforms such as Threadless, TeePublic, Redbubble, and similar services.
• Unlimited Modification: You may alter, crop, manipulate, and combine our assets to any extent necessary for your creative vision.
• No Attribution Required: You are never required to credit PunkStock or the original artist when using our files.

3. The Restrictions (What You CANNOT Do)

While our license is highly permissive, we do not tolerate the unauthorized redistribution of our raw catalog. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a direct violation of this agreement:

• No Raw Resale: You may not sell, license, or sub-license our assets in their original, unmodified form. This includes selling them as single files or compiling them into asset packs, bundles, or collections.
• No Raw Redistribution: You may not offer our unmodified files as free or paid downloads on other websites, stock portals, or wallpaper galleries. Files must be significantly modified or incorporated into a larger original design before they can be redistributed.

4. Account Security & Subscriptions

PunkStock operates on a strict one-subscription-per-person policy. Your account is yours alone.

• No Account Sharing: You may not share your login credentials, passwords, or subscription access with any other individual, team, or organization. Doing so will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.
• Billing & Cancellation: Recurring premium subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard to prevent future charges.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

All digital assets on PunkStock are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. PunkStock shall not be held liable for any damages, legal claims, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use our assets in your projects. It is your responsibility to ensure that your specific use case complies with local laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of any of the terms outlined in this document. In the event of termination for a policy violation, no refunds will be issued.

7. Modifications to Terms

PunkStock reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users, but it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
